about

This tune is a musical commentary on Jacqueline's DNA-enabled search for the scattered, often long-lost - and sometimes not previously known about - members of the McGough clan (from County Galway) to which she belongs through her mother. The stories encountered in the search - stories of intrigue, separation, emigration, premature death, and of reunion and new contact - these stories alone have made the search worthwhile.
